All commissioned artwork, brand collaborations, commercial projects, sponsorships, and licensed creative work are custom-created and/or strategically reserved for the client. Due to the personalized nature of these services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Payments cover creative labor, planning, production time, licensing considerations, and the reservation of availability. These fees are considered earned upon commencement of work.
Once final deliverables have been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be issued, regardless of whether the client chooses to use the work.
Requests to completely redo, reimagine, or replace finalized deliverables are considered a new project and require a new agreement and full payment at current rates.
All artwork and creative deliverables remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients, brands, and sponsors are granted only the specific usage rights or license outlined in the agreement or invoice. This may include limitations on:
Duration of use
Platforms or media
Geographic distribution
Commercial or promotional scope
Licensing fees are non-refundable once the licensed work has been delivered, as the license grants the right to use the work—not ownership or guaranteed results.
Any use beyond the agreed license requires written approval and an additional licensing fee. Unauthorized use, modification, resale, or redistribution voids the license and may result in legal action.
Revisions are limited to those explicitly stated in the agreement and must be requested within the designated revision window. Revisions do not include complete redesigns or changes in creative direction. Additional requests may incur extra fees or require a new agreement.
If the client, brand, or sponsor cancels or pauses a project after work has started, all payments made are non-refundable. Any completed or partially completed work remains the property of the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For brand deals and sponsorships, payments secure campaign planning, creative production, scheduling, and promotional placement. Delays, campaign changes, missed deadlines by the client, or failure to proceed do not qualify for refunds once work has commenced.
By submitting payment, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through Stripe, PayPal, or any financial institution for completed or in-progress work delivered according to the agreed scope.
Evidence of service fulfillment—including agreements, invoices, project files, delivery confirmations, written approvals, and communication records—will be submitted in response to any dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Revocation of licensing and usage rights
Ineligibility for future work
By purchasing a commission, licensing creative work, entering a brand deal, commercial agreement, or sponsorship, the client or partner confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
